The Lilac Garden Memory Walk
The Memory Walk plantings are located in Logie Street Park at Logie Street and Lindsay Street South in Lindsay Ontario
A memorial lilac purchase is a thoughtful, caring gesture and a magnificent gift towards the beauty and preservation of lilacs in the City of Kawartha Lakes.
We offer a program which is unique to the area.
Your donation of $100 gives you your choice of an available lilac shrub situated along the Memory Walk beside the Scugog River in Logie Park. Proper care and maintenace will be provided by our lilac garden members.
A
taxable receipt, certificate of planting and a letter of thanks will be presented or mailed to the family or donor and an entry made in our Remembrance Book.
What better way to remember your loved ones than to purchase a beautiful lilac be it in memory to mark a birth or a significant anniversary or event.
Once your shrub is selected you may choose to have a dedication plaque made and we will install it.
The lilac shrub is a gift that will keep on giving , one that may be revisited for years to come.
